I bring an accessible yoga flow for everybody and every body, for beginner and experienced yogis, for groups small and large. Whatever your special occasion, adding the yoga experience brings mindfulness and wellness, stretching and strength.

This is a customizable group experience, with a powerful, calming, invigorating yoga practice. The practice ends in Savasana, a relaxation meditative pose, leaving your group feeling connected, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the rest of your trip or event!
This practice is accessible to all and does not require any special clothing or experience. I bring the mats!
